The International Accounting Standards Board (IASB) posted two IFRS Interpretations Committee podcasts to the IASB website - the first gives a short introduction and overview of the Committee's work, and the second podcast provides a brief summary of the decisions made in the last Interpretations Committee meeting.

The IASB posted an update of the tentative decisions reached by the Board regarding consolidation, insurance contracts and leases. Tentative decisions do not change existing requirements until those decisions are incorporated in a new or amended standard.

The Canadian Securities Administrators (CSA) posted information regarding the securities regulators in British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, New Brunswick and Nova Scotia. These regulators have published Multilateral Consultation Paper 51-403 Tailoring Venture Issuer Regulation, which seeks input on whether there is an opportunity to build on the current venture market regulatory regime and further enhance investor protection while reducing regulatory costs for venture issuers.
