Team Appointments


A warm welcome to the new additions of our PowellDorian team!

December 15, 2009: Pamela Eggar has joined our team as Director, Corporate Counsel, enhancing PowellDorian's current portfolio of services in the areas of corporate compliance. Pamela has over 10 years of experience as a securities and corporate finance lawyer in Vancouver, BC, serving clients ranging from emerging private companies to TSX-listed companies. Being a very experienced and well-rounded lawyer, she brings a wide range of knowledge from different industries such as mining, securities, energy and not-for-profit.
December 15, 2009: Susan Clayton has formally joined our team as Director of Financial reporting. Since 2008, Susan has worked closely with PowellDorian, on a contract basis, in conducting IFRS assessment and implementation projects, financial reporting and financial consulting. As our key member to the financial consulting side of PowellDorian, Susan will bring extensive experience and knowledge to the PowellDorian team with regards to financial reporting, corporate financing, forecasting and cash management, due diligence over sale of business, compliance with cross-border operations and multijurisdictional business and tax requirements, contract management policy, and procedure development and implementation.
