Team Appointments


June 29, 2010: Pamela Egger, Director, General Counsel Services and Susan Clayton, Director, Financial Reporting Services, were selected as mentors in Round 3 of the New Ventures BC Competition 2010. Pamela and Susan are working with their assigned company to assist in the creation of a condensed business plan that will successfully move the company into the final round of competition.
June 1, 2010: Warren Newton, has been re-appointed to the board of the Vancouver Chapter of the Institute of Internal Auditors, as Programs Chair after spending the last two years on the board as the Co-Treasurer.
December 15, 2009: Pamela Egger has joined our team as Director, Corporate Counsel, enhancing PowellDorian's current portfolio of services in the areas of corporate compliance. Pamela has over 10 years of experience as a securities and corporate finance lawyer in Vancouver, BC, serving clients ranging from emerging private companies to TSX-listed companies. Being a very experienced and well-rounded lawyer, she brings a wide range of knowledge from different industries such as mining, securities, energy and not-for-profit.
December 15, 2009: Susan Clayton has formally joined our team as Director of Financial reporting. Since 2008, Susan has worked closely with PowellDorian, on a contract basis, in conducting IFRS assessment and implementation projects, financial reporting and financial consulting. As our key member to the financial consulting side of PowellDorian, Susan will bring extensive experience and knowledge to the PowellDorian team with regards to financial reporting, corporate financing, forecasting and cash management, due diligence over sale of business, compliance with cross-border operations and multijurisdictional business and tax requirements, contract management policy, and procedure development and implementation.
